Journey of Nisha’s French Classes

Nisha’s French Classes is founded and directed by Nisha Rishab Lamba. This organization is located in Mumbai with its two operational branches and one sub branch in Central Mumbai. The attitude of never say die being her thumb rule and believing impossible also says” I M possible” is what she has always been motivated with a her-motivator and target oriented. She believes in setting goals and targets for her having grey hair of experience in vhas arious fields right from administration, Exports, Finance, Education, Languages and mentoring. These roles have been self-accepted with challenges She was ready to accept. Each role gave a different challenge and a new learning. 

She Graduated as a commerce student and completed her B2 Levels in French and has attended various workshops to keep her updated with current happenings. Also “Do your venture from IIM Bangalore” in 2020 pandemic changed her thought process and way She was working. 

Nisha’s French Classes possess strength and zeal to make sure kids while studying foreign language understand the language, Sore high academically and love the Language to pursue it further. We cater in teaching all ACADEMIC BOARDS FOREIGN LANGUAGE WHICH TAKES CARE OF THEIR HOLISTIC GROWTH WITH LANGUAGE AND INCLUDES MAKING SURE THEIR

As for her, She  blessed with a capacity of farsightedness or you can say upgrading her skills and believing in constant improvement has always been in our favour and a firm believer that every problem has a solution. There were difficult situations like shifting from corporate to entrepreneurship, to funding her own venture without any additional grant or family funding, from being on a sabbatical break. And using it to study a new language and bounce back even better. 

Her challenges

Being in to foreign language teaching for 14 + years challenges faced were immense and since it’s not a local language making people understand its importance challenges were tremendous and over past 5-6 years there is a unique challenge

Being a woman entrepreneur is always full of challenges as they always have a dual responsibility. However, with a strong belief that “Planning is key to success” , the biggest challenge educators faced was when covid struck and they all had to work online. It was challenging for each one of us. 

However, as our constant evolution program in 2019 they had already started working on a business continuity plan. Where we were trying to found a new EdTech venture for online modules. They worked on Constant planning, improvisation of pedagogy to teach effectively, conducting workshops for training on how to effectively transit from offline to online. They were not even in our wildest dream seeing this kind of turbulence coming to the world. Where all of would be confined to our homes with no way to make it to our schools and colleges.

And March 12 2020 they saw this covid coming and affecting lives of common people. Analysing the situation and quickness to respond, they started our online classes on March 14 2020. When people were still figuring out what had to be done. And how to shift modules from offline to online. All our learnings and preparations helped us to be in a niche and achieve results and targets as per our plan.

Today Nisha’s French Classes has expanded our horizons to

• Academic French teaching of IGCSE, IB, ICSE, Local State secondary and Higher Secondary 
• Professional Courses for DELF/DALF for preparation for higher needs
• Customised Corporate Virtual Language planning events 
• Translations and interpretations.
