Founders Journey
She is the youngest amongst her siblings and lost her father at a very tender age of 3. Her mother worked hard in upbringing her daughters. Dr. Jasbirr Grover has always believed in grabbing the bulls by both horns. She has a motive and takes inspiration every day to inspire more and more students to follow their dreams. Her students testify for the same, that she is extremely hardworking towards her work, and perseveres to grow stronger with every moment passing by.
As she is a firm believer of the Law of Attraction, she preaches the same to everyone around her. It is not restricted towards her students, but she tries to spread this knowledge across masses, and motivates them to manifest, and think in the most favorable way to achieve what one desires and dreams to.
To know more about child psychology and mannerisms, she bought a franchise of a playschool around 2010. She wanted to ascertain minute details of a child’s physiology and psychology, though she is a mother to her two sons, she wanted to have distinct experiences.
Challenges
Entrepreneurship is a challenge since it comes along with a lot of annexed risks, and Grover was not spared. After having a successful run with her playschool business, she faced huge losses in business and went into depression following the scenarios and conditions of work. It was the period when she had to spend maximum time of the day in solitary, which turned to be melancholy since pulling oneself out of such a desolation requires plenty of strength. Where there is a will, there is a way, and she got it through this art. Art, yes, she began drawing and doodling using the colours and crayons of her son, which extensively helped her to put herself out of her misery, and this while was when she thought about sowing the seeds of her entrepreneurial journey.
Very proudly, she published a paper on how Doodling promotes mindfulness in humans, for which she got awarded the Doctorate also. She also penned down her first book, ‘Know Your Unique Self’, based on her observation and activity of the human mind responding to doodles.
Idea behind the inception
The founder of coachinggeenie.com, Dr. Jasbirr Grover, had in mind to help and guide the youth, which she proudly calls ‘Teens2Twenties’.
She is a proud mother, an excellent business partner to her husband, a life coach, an educationalist, a motivator and a practitioner of Law of Attraction, and an NLP practitioner. She spent years mastering the curriculum of IELTS. And she is proud of her 100% record of admitting her students to foreign universities for higher studies.
She, along with her husband, Mr. Naresh Grover, narrows down the process of operations and makes it easy for her students to choose the career options and universities to apply for, with correct guidance at each existing step. Right from the preparation for the exam to every task and assignment demanded by the prospective universities, she takes up all of them to go along with the students.
Inspiration for the Products
Grover breathes motivation, and spreads it all around, to whoever comes across her way. She drew inspiration to work with and for the youth, as she observed something at her job places at colleges in Delhi-NCR, as a Training and Placement Officer, that students are talented, are financially sound also, wish to go abroad to study, but there is a huge margin of lack of guidance and knowledge for them.
This is what triggered her to take up this initiative to work upon and boil down the easiest and most tie convenient methods of bringing the dreams to the truth for the students who approached her. She has been penning down her second book, named as ‘The Secret Sauce of IELTS’ wherein, she will be talking about how to crack this toughest exam of English, worldwide.
Vision
Dr. Jasbirr Grover defines her vision as Turning Dreams into Reality while promoting mindfulness as well. It is to equip the youngsters with the tools and knowledge to feel fulfilled and be independent. They want to build a world where they have a network that empowers them and encourages them to be who they want to be. The mission is to help her students develop the right skills, a positive mindset
filled with abundance, and create a clear vision of their goals and dreams. She wholeheartedly works hard to accomplish the aforementioned goals. But she is a positive visionary. She has various accomplishments to her name, like the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Award 2021, Best Guru Award 2020, Empowered Woman Award by MMFF, Dr. Sarojini Naidu International Award 2021, and there no stopping her..
