TrasilienZ is a top Learning & Development organization founded by Dr. Sachitra Kumar Chakravorty. Commencing its operations in the year 2010, the organization is powered with the vision to mentally equip power to live their lives to their full capacities. This is done by providing people, the perspective of their inner powers and enabling clients to achieve the world. People from all walks of life participate in these programs ranging from students, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, to housewives.

The Beginning

TranzilieZ was founded by a founder who grew up shy and introverted. He grew up with self-made self-doubt that he lacked the skill set to start a business which when he looks back says was the most irrational fear ever. Despite the paranoia, the entrepreneurial bug ensured that he pursued his passion of starting his own ventures and became a serial entrepreneur. After executing his ideas and failing in them. He decided to take a government job in search of financial security where he could make money to sustain himself. This continued for a long until Dr. Sachritra found comfort in enjoying his 9 to 5 job with a plain graduate degree.

Turning Misfortunes into Fortune

The entrepreneurial bug didn’t die easy, and Dr. Sachritra tried all his business ideas which came to him and balanced it along with his government job. This balancing act gave him the gratification he always wanted. Since pursuing a government job gave him the void which he was obsessed to fill.

One such business failure completely devastated him, and when his government organization came to know about it, they transferred him to a remote area. He converted this obstacle into an opportunity and started reading books and updating his academic pursuits, out of plain curiosity. And interest without knowing how these educational insights would end up assisting in achieving my entrepreneurial pursuits. As Dr. Sachitra looks back, he says that his transfer proved as a boon to him as it made his Masters Degree and Ph.D. as most of his higher education was done in the bus while traveling to and fro, from home to office.

Discovering his Gold Mine

Dr. Sachrita was not completely happy working with the monotonous routine that the government job had set up for him. Also, he started hunting for interesting opportunities to make use of his Ph.D. which was in the field of Human Resource Management. He began by giving free lectures. And training to degree colleges in his locality and after receiving stellar feedback from students and faculty alike. He found his calling to start his own training company. Just like that, his company TrasilienZ Learning & Development was born in the year 2009. Though it took almost 2 to 3 years to launch officially from idea to inception the entire venture is bootstrapped without any external funding.

The company, now in its 12th year in business is propelled by a culture of passion, creativity, open-mindedness, compatibility, and willingness to take risks. But which is present in all its employees who wish to have a long tenure in the organization.

The Future and his personal selling points

The organization is aimed with the vision to provide solutions to recognize. And nurture inborn talent specifically in every individual. And also mold those talents into powerful skills aimed at achieving life goals, happiness, healthy, and success. Though the company has a pan India reach, in 10 years it sees itself being a global leader in the learning and development sector. When asked if the founder chooses between being smart or hardworking, Dr. Sachitra says success is a combination of both. Post pandemic the company has shifted entirely into a work from a home working model. When asked about the advice he had to offer to budding entrepreneurs. He had these words to say: be a student for life, be open to take risks and be willing to fail, identify your niche. And be willing to lose money in your firm in its initial days.
