About the Founder:

When it comes to academics, Sujyothi mentions she was always an extrovert and a workaholic. She would never miss a summer camp during the school vacations. and when given the opportunity for an internship, she would gladly grab them as she loved learning and exploring her potential.

Sujyothi is known to have donned multiple hats for profiles where she got to interact with more people. She has worked as a VJ, RJ, Emcee, reporter, columnist, and writer at all times!

The idea for a business venture

Reminiscing and recalling the past, Sujyothi says it was when she was in the 7th grade that her poem first appeared in Deccan Herald and 25 years ago it was a real big deal! After that came to her second publication in a Mumbai-based magazine. Since then, she became a writer at heart and profession; hence her best bet was content when she decided to start her own venture.

While businesses often take months or years to come up with, Sujyothi came up with her revolutionary idea overnight. On losing her job as a work-from-home Operations Manager, she started to think of options that would allow her to be home with her toddler without missing out on exploring her skills and leveraging them to pursue her career path.

In the middle of the night, the idea finally struck her and she decided to take the leap. The content was her passion and writing, her innate ability. There on, was no looking back.

As a mother of two, Sujyothi says that every day is a rollercoaster. She is an integral part of various organizations, and that keeps her grounded and motivated. A unique concept that Sujyothi emphasizes is being an all-women organization. She looks forward to helping women on sabbaticals to discover their true potential and become financially independent.
