Founder’s Background:
Radhika hails from a background where girls have little freedom in terms of education and taking independent decisions. At an age when most of her cousins were getting married, Radhika was persuading her family to believe in her and her career. The idea for the venture struck her mind when she was working on a project guided by Prof. Manali during her MBA. The project revolved around a recruitment consultancy firm and its operations. This project piqued her interest and strengthened her resolution to set up her own recruitment consultancy firm. After overcoming many obstacles, she was able to set up Infinite Dreams HR Consultants on 24th March 2020 with the guidance of Prof. Manali Jesing and the support of her family.
Education: Radhika Chauhan has gone above and beyond in terms of her education. Despite facing hurdles along the way, she holds not one, but two degrees. She has a B.com degree along with an MBA in HR Management.

Overcoming challenges during the journey
Owing to her conservative family and background, the journey of setting up her own venture was not easy. Initially, she had to face quite a lot of resistance and demotivation from people around her. She did not let that stop her and persevered. Her persistence and commitment to her goal convinced her family of her abilities. And won her father over causing him to extend his support towards her startup. Reflecting on her journey, Radhika says “The journey is never easy but as they say, small steps lead to greater success! As a woman, one tends to face a lot of difficulties, personally as well as professionally. However, if you keep going with a smile on your face, it is all worth it in the end!”
