Sheth’s Pharmacy – Where Care Meets Trust
Some businesses are born from a market opportunity. Others begin with a deeper purpose-the desire to serve people better, solve a real problem and create something meaningful.
For Dr. Dhairya Sheth, the journey towards entrepreneurship began long before the launch of his business. It began with the values he learned from his family, the experiences he gained in the healthcare sector and a growing desire to create something of his own.
Today, Sheth’s Pharmacy is emerging as a healthcare-focused wholesale and retail pharmacy offering pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, surgical products, hospital supplies and a wide range of healthcare essentials. But behind the business is a young entrepreneur whose vision goes beyond selling medicines. His ambition is to build a healthcare brand founded on authenticity, accessibility, guidance and, above all, trust.
A Childhood Shaped by Family Values
Dhairya grew up in a close-knit family in Surendranagar. His father, Mr. Apoorva Sheth, runs a family business in home interior and décor materials. Growing up around an entrepreneur gave Dhairya an early opportunity to observe business and responsibility firsthand.
His family of five-his father Apoorvabhai, mother Kaminiben, grandmother, younger brother Soham and himself-became his first source of learning.
His earliest lessons were not learned from business books. They came from everyday family life.
Watching his parents manage responsibilities while caring for the people around them taught Dhairya the importance of hard work, commitment, empathy and relationships. His family encouraged him to remain grounded, responsible and dedicated to whatever path he eventually chose.
Looking back, Dhairya believes that qualities such as patience, discipline, empathy and perseverance were developed during these formative years.
Those values would later become an important part of the foundation of Sheth’s Pharmacy.
A Turning Point at 15
At the age of 15, Dhairya experienced a major transition.
Believing that Ahmedabad could offer stronger educational and professional opportunities, his father supported his move to the city. Dhairya completed his 10th and 12th education in Ahmedabad, where he gradually began discovering different career possibilities.
During this period, his interest in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector started taking shape.
Pharmacy attracted him because it brought together three things he found meaningful: science, healthcare and service.
For Dhairya, medicines were never merely products sitting on a shelf. They could influence a person’s health, recovery and quality of life. He wanted to build a career in which his knowledge could be applied practically while allowing him to make a meaningful contribution to people’s lives.
That belief eventually led him towards pharmacy and healthcare.
Experiencing Healthcare from the Inside
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Dhairya understood the importance of gaining practical experience.
He began his professional journey at KD Hospital, where he worked in the Kidney, Liver, Lungs, Heart and Cornea Transplant Department.
The experience gave him a perspective that could not be gained from education alone.
Working within a hospital environment allowed him to witness the importance of patient care and the critical role that medicines and healthcare products play in people’s lives. He also gained an understanding of the concerns and expectations of patients and their families.
The experience strengthened his connection with healthcare.
But it also led him to a bigger question:
Could he create something of his own that could serve people beyond the hospital environment?
Gradually, the answer became clear.
Choosing Entrepreneurship
Dhairya had the option of continuing along a conventional professional path. Instead, he chose the more uncertain road of entrepreneurship.
After nearly a year of hands-on healthcare experience, he decided to leave his hospital role and pursue his own entrepreneurial vision.
It was a bold decision.
Starting a healthcare business meant dealing with inventory, product availability, compliance, customer expectations, competition and limited resources. It also meant making important decisions while navigating uncertainty.
But his experience had taught him something important: people need more than simply access to medicines.
They need trust, guidance, availability and someone who understands their concerns.
This realisation became the foundation of Sheth’s Pharmacy.
April 2026: Turning an Idea into Reality

In April 2026, Dhairya took his first major step towards turning his vision into reality with the launch of Sheth’s Pharmacy.
The business operates as both a wholesale and retail pharmacy, catering to a broad range of healthcare requirements.
Its offerings include pharmaceuticals and prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, nutraceuticals, vitamins, protein supplements, surgical products, medical and surgical equipment, hospital and clinic supplies, Ayurvedic and herbal healthcare products, personal care and baby care products, orthopedic and rehabilitation products, wellness products and wholesale pharmaceutical distribution.
The business also focuses on home delivery and customer support, reflecting Dhairya’s aim of making healthcare products more accessible.
However, the objective is not simply to build a pharmacy with a large product range.
The larger goal is to make healthcare products accessible while giving customers confidence in their authenticity and quality.
More Than a Pharmacy
The philosophy behind Sheth’s Pharmacy is captured in its tagline:
“Where Care Meets Trust.”
For Dhairya, this is not merely a marketing line. It represents the way he wants the business to function.
Healthcare carries a responsibility that is different from an ordinary commercial transaction because the products being provided can directly affect people’s health.
That is why the business is built around four fundamental values:
Integrity. Quality. Transparency. Customer Trust.
Whether a customer needs a single medicine, regular healthcare support, nutritional products or wholesale pharmaceutical supplies, Dhairya wants the experience to remain consistent-dependable service delivered with care and integrity.

His goal is to make Sheth’s Pharmacy more than a place where medicines are purchased.
He wants it to become a trusted healthcare partner.
The Challenges of Building from the Ground Up
The early stages of entrepreneurship have brought their own challenges.
Building customer trust from scratch, managing inventory, maintaining product availability, understanding market expectations, ensuring compliance and competing within an evolving pharmaceutical industry have all become part of Dhairya’s learning process.
There are also the everyday realities of running a young business-making decisions with limited resources, managing people, dealing with uncertainty and constantly adapting.
There have been moments of doubt along the way.
But Dhairya has found his answer in consistency.
His philosophy is simple:
“Stay consistent, stay honest, and keep moving forward.”
For him, consistency can be more powerful than temporary motivation. Every satisfied customer, positive experience and small milestone reinforces the reason he began the journey.
When Customer Trust Becomes Success
Although Sheth’s Pharmacy is still young, Dhairya already has a clear understanding of what success means to him.
Success is not only about revenue, business growth or numbers.
For him, the real achievement is trust.
When customers return to the pharmacy, recommend it to their family members or express confidence in relying on the business for their healthcare needs, those moments have a deeper meaning.
They validate the original idea behind Sheth’s Pharmacy-that a pharmacy can become more than a place where medicines are purchased.
It can become a trusted healthcare partner.
Another meaningful milestone has been the recognition received through being featured in the Peers Global Healthcare Magazine. For a business only a few months into its journey, the recognition represents encouragement to continue building with the same commitment to quality and ethical business practices.
A Vision Beyond One Pharmacy
Dhairya’s ambitions do not stop with establishing a successful pharmacy.
Over the next five to ten years, he envisions Sheth’s Pharmacy growing from a single outlet into a trusted network of pharmacies, recognised for quality, transparency and patient-first service.
His immediate vision is to establish the brand as a trusted name across Gujarat, with the long-term ambition of expanding across India.
Technology is also expected to play an important role in this growth.
From improving inventory management and delivery systems to strengthening customer support and healthcare guidance, Dhairya sees technology as an opportunity to make the healthcare experience more efficient and accessible.
At the same time, he wants the business to gradually move beyond medicines into wellness and preventive healthcare.
The aim is not only to support people when they are unwell, but also to help them take better care of their health before illness becomes a problem.
Bringing a Human Touch to Healthcare
For Dhairya, the future of pharmacy is not simply about making medicines available.
It is about making healthcare more accessible, reliable and human.
He believes pharmacies can play an important role in bridging the gap between doctors, patients and accessible healthcare by providing the right products, support and information when people need them.
His long-term aspiration is to contribute to a healthcare ecosystem where people can access the right medicine, the right information and the right care at the right time.
That vision may have started with one pharmacy, but its purpose is much larger.
It is about building a healthcare brand that people can rely on.
Lessons for Aspiring Entrepreneurs
Dhairya’s journey offers several valuable lessons for aspiring entrepreneurs.
The first is that entrepreneurship does not always begin with a perfect plan. Sometimes, it develops through education, experience and the willingness to recognise an opportunity to create something better.
His family taught him values. His education opened new possibilities. His hospital experience gave him practical insight into healthcare. Entrepreneurship then gave him the opportunity to transform those lessons into a business with a purpose.
Another important lesson is the importance of consistency and honesty.
Entrepreneurship inevitably comes with uncertainty, challenges and moments of doubt. But staying committed to one’s values and continuing to move forward can be more powerful than relying solely on motivation.
For Dhairya, entrepreneurship is not simply about becoming a business owner.
It is about creating value, earning trust and building something that can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
A Journey Still at Its Beginning
From a young boy shaped by family values in Surendranagar, to a student who discovered an interest in healthcare, from a professional who experienced healthcare from within KD Hospital to an entrepreneur building his own healthcare venture, Dr. Dhairya Sheth’s journey is still at its beginning.
Sheth’s Pharmacy represents the first chapter of what Dhairya hopes will become a much larger healthcare vision.
The road ahead will bring new challenges, opportunities and responsibilities. But the foundation remains clear:
Integrity. Quality. Transparency. Trust.
For Dhairya, the ambition is not simply to build a bigger pharmacy.
It is to build a healthcare brand that people can trust.
One customer at a time.
One relationship at a time.
One trusted healthcare experience at a time.
