Dr. Hina Shah is the Founder-Director of ICECD- International Center for Entrepreneurship and Career Development established in 1986. ICECD is a non-profit voluntary organization, is pioneer in the field of SME Development with a special focus on women. The Centre works extensively around the globe in this field, concretising the efforts by keeping gender issues in sharp focus, and striving to increase access/control of entrepreneurs on productive resources and facilities, also aiming at making women as equal contributors in the development process. Since then, ICECD has mentored and trained more than 100,000 women to become self driven and motivated entrepreneurs.
