Public Votes:

• Listing of nominee on Vyapaar Jagat Voting Platform, once nomination is received
• Promoting Nominee Voting creative on Vyapaar Jagat Social Media to ask votes from Vyapaar Jagat followers
• Nominee gets personalized creative & voting link for promoting on their own social media & WhatsApp community
• Nominee will be given CERTIFICATE OF NOMINATION from Vyapaar Jagat
• Nominee gets an opportunity to be voted by their near and dear ones through their own social media
• Nominee gets recognition in their community & enhanced chances of getting awarded.

The deadline for nomination entries is 10^th December 2022 but do not wait for the last day as if you nominate early you will get sufficient time in public voting and also jury evaluation will be at your comfort.

It will be announced on 16^th to 18^th December 2022, during the virtual event with 2500+ delegates. Post virtual announcement all the winners are invited to Winners felicitation ceremony scheduled on 07th January 2022 at Mumbai, India and will be felicitated with trophy, certificate and several gifts from our Partners & Sponsors. You will have access to Winner's Kit (Winner Pin, Badge, Diary, Pen, T-Shirt, Mug, Key chain, card holder etc...) at the offline event.

Ans: Specific judging criteria will be as per the category, some of the parameters such as:
Leadership: Please provide examples of your/ the nominated individual's leadership qualities.
People Development: Have you/ the nominated individual been involved in the development of your business / organizations staff? If so, please outline and provide examples
Level of role in Organization: Please outline your/ the nominated individual's current role in your organisation, and also other relevant roles held
Use of Technology / Digitalization: Have you/ the nominated individual introduced any new technologyor innovations in your role? If so, please outline and explain the benefits provided.
Success/Achievements in role: Please outline your / nominated individual's success stories/achievements in your current role.
Transformation: The challenge? What was achieved? And a description of what is regarded as Transformation in this context.

This will be the India's first online awards which has three-stage process including pre-scoring to determine shortlists, rating/voting & reviews by viewers and final evaluation process by jury. And process has following steps:
