Learning from the experiences of successful people is a powerful way to grow. LinkedIn Local Mulund witnessed this powerful way of learning from experienced entrepreneurs. Also, developing a healthy relationship with the Client is crucial to the success of your business. But who is your client? Only the one who buys your product/service… actually every person involved in the process of making the product/service is your client.

LinkedIn Local Mulund was launched on 26th September 2019 with Entrepreneur Excel as Community Partner at the magnificent Mansion Bar & Lounge. Because Entrepreneur Excel is a global community for entrepreneurs with a prime objective of Bond, Learn, and Empower & Lead. It’s the fastest-growing community with its existence on several social media platforms.

LinkedIn Local is a new vertical with a view to knowing the face behind the LinkedIn profile in a no-arena, no-marketing event globally. But these events are organic meet-ups of our members that provide an opportunity to network, build community, practical learning, share best practices for using LinkedIn, and discuss the latest industry trends.

LinkedIn Local Mulund

LinkedIn Local Mulund is headed by Dr. Shweta Iyengar founder of SkinSense asthetic clinic and also hosted by her. Bina Shah, Devisha Jatakia & Tejal Barot from Entrepreneur Excel supported the event with registrations and live coverage along with Saana Siddiqui. Tarannum Dobriyal introduced the attendees with LinkedIn Local importance and existence.

The speakers for the day were Mr. Paresh Rajde (Founder & Chairman of Suvidhaa), Gemini Dhar (Take Charge Expert & Author, Fashion Entrepreneur), Anju Kish (Founder of Untaboo), and Mr. Dinesh Ajwani (Founder of Bluegrid Financial Sevices LLP). The theme for the panel discussion was “Building profound customer relationships” sharing insights on the following questions:

  • What are your 3 non-negotiable aspects while u train your team on customer service
  • How can you measure customer delight objectively??
  • How much can technology replace need for human interaction in building relationships?

This was followed by an interesting Q & A session. Later the speakers were felicitated with beautiful gifts by our gifting partner Revathi Roy (EGF Foods), Sunil Gupta(Gupta Glass Ideas), and Munib Rais(Vie Pharma). This was followed by open networking with lots of exchange of talks, visiting cards, and also effective meaningful relationship building. Roham Homkar was the photographer who covered the event’s beautiful moments through his lens. Venue partner Mansion Bar & Lounge welcomed the guest with warmth
