Ishita is the founder of Arezou-The Skin Rituals, India’s 1st personalized natural skincare brand. She is India’s only certified soapmaker from Handcrafted Soap and Cosmetic Guild, USA. She is also a certified aromatherapist from Isla Verde Spa Academy, Australia along with a certification in natural oils for skincare.
Ishita has a background of engineering with MBA in Oil and Gas and has worked in the corporate world for 9 years before quitting her job to launch Arezou.
“Studying computer engineering and being an MBA graduate gave me an IT mind and a business acumen. My passion for skincare led me to get certifications in soap making, aromatherapy and then launch Arezou” quotes Ishita.
Ishita decided to launch a brand that would address the gaps that she felt were there in the skincare market where people were forced to buy products readily available off the shelf when in reality their skin concerns were different.
Ishita has done extensive research in the space of natural skincare and she believes that with her efforts and knowledge, she will soon be able to build a community where people who will be self-confident about themselves and their skin and use products which are made to suit them and make them look their best. She is on a journey to make people of both genders confident people who are comfortable in their own skin.
A Persian word, ‘Arezou’ means a wish or desire. As a brand that is what Arezou stands for: We aim to formulate products that the customer’s skin requires and gives them the confidence to be themselves.
