Piyush Vayeda is a first-generation entrepreneur who left a good job in finance after 13 years to solve a problem that was close to his heart—taking care of senior citizens in a better way.
Coming from a small town, and living with elders in his own family, Piyush saw how difficult it was to find trusted, trained, and kind caregivers for them. This personal experience pushed him to take a big step and create something that could help many families.
The Family Member – Care That Feels Like Family
In 2017, he started The Family Member, a service that sends trained and trusted caregivers to help elders and patients at home. So far, the company has provided over 3 lakh home care services.
What makes it different? Caregivers are properly trained, their backgrounds are checked, and they are taught to be kind, patient, and professional—just like a real family member.
The Society Clinic – A Clinic Inside Your Society
After building The Family Member, Piyush started a new project called The Society Clinic. It’s a small clinic placed inside residential societies, open 24/7. People can now get quick help during emergencies and regular checkups without going far.
Today, 9 Society Clinics are running in Gujarat and 8 more are coming soon. These clinics help save time and make healthcare available within minutes.
TFM Senior Living Foundation – Training People, Changing Lives
Piyush also started the TFM Senior Living Foundation to train people—especially from small towns and low-income groups—to become professional caregivers. More than 400 people have already been trained and now have a job and a purpose.
A Business With a Heart
Piyush believes that real success comes from solving real problems. He says:
- Start small, but go deep
- Understand what people truly need
- Build trust and care in everything you do
From working in finance to helping thousands of elders and families, Piyush Vayeda is showing how business can also be full of care, kindness, and real impact.
