Founded by Kaushal Sovani (a Special Educator and a Babywearing Enthusiast,), She started out enterprise in 2009. The lack of appropriate newborn gear available in the market like clothing, ergonomic baby carriers, etc. Keeping in mind the needs of a newborn baby and the new mother, prompted us to start the venture.
Zoli, a ring sling has been the first and much-loved product. This baby carrier has helped moms, dads and caregivers to carry their baby in ergonomic position right from the day the baby is born till toddler years. We later added Zabla (baby clothes, specifically tops) which have been the most popular product of all time. Later, on popular demand, She added accessories like quilts, footwear, swaddle cloths etc. Hence the name “Zoli, Zabla and more…”
What started as a hobby has now transformed into a business – a business of making a difference on how the newborns are dressed, carried and cared for.
We are very passionate about our work. Our experience of working with children has helped us design and make fuss free yet trendy clothes for them. They are made of light weight soft fabric, which does not irritate, rub on or itch on the baby’s delicate skin. To make it soft and gentle for babies, we wash it before stitching. These are pre-washed and de-starched. You will find a mix of minimalist, trendy, chic ones in our designs.
While we do focus on minimalist approach in our designs for newborns, we also use bright colours for our infant to toddler range. We incorporate Indian handloom textiles/fabrics in our creations to support the local artists. All of our clothing is exclusive to Zoli, Zabla and more… and you won’t find it anywhere else.
Originally starting with age group of newborns to 6 months for clothing. Our customer demand has led Zoli, Zabla and more… to increase this to new-born to 2 years. New ranges are introduced all the time.
Creating clothes and accessories for babies is our passion. So there is always something new on our design table to make and create. We make stylish zablas (baby tops, shirts), frocks, kurtas, baby quilts, bibs, etc. Also, we do customization wherever possible for e.g. name quilt, colour, size etc.
We are a family-owned and run business. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and a fun shopping experience for both parents/caregivers and babies. Because we have also opened doors to supporting and empowering women, giving wings to their dreams, whether in entrepreneurship ventures or skills development.
Being a mother and having a keen eye for detailing. My idea is to create trendy products for children that are hassle free, versatile while keeping in mind the FQ – Fashion Quotient
