They were seven siblings. His father was a textile merchant, and his family was economically very weak.
He studied in Seth CN Vidyalaya in Ahmedabad and later enrolled for a bachelor’s degree in Commerce at Gujarat University. He always had an interest in business and, therefore, dropped out of college after the second year. Gautam Adani wanted to utilize his time in doing bigger and better things. He took off to Mumbai with just a hundred rupee note in his pocket.

Adani Group has a widespread portfolio and business undertakings. Gautam Adani, at the helm of the success conglomerate, is known for his risk appetite and his eye for businesses that he takes to new heights and turns into profitable undertakings.
