She additionally inspires other women to do the same and to meet out the course of all obstacles and focus on the big picture while establishing their own company.
She reiterates this by saying that one of the boldest decisions she has ever made is to get started no matter what. According to her, it is the starting of something that is toughest, especially if the company is bootstrapped- like her own.

Adv. Ashwini enjoys her time outside work by connecting with family members. Talking about qualities and characteristics, she says she would rather be an expert at one thing than to be good at a lot of things. She considers herself to be a smart worker as well as a hard worker. She considers herself to be her biggest motivator.
