20th March 2020: Federal Bank had invited applications from meritorious students pursuing MBBS, Engineering, BSc Nursing, BSc Agriculture including BSc (Hons) Co-operation & Banking with Agriculture Sciences and MBA from the states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and Gujarat for Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Scholarship Foundation for the academic year 2019-20. A hundred and thirteen students have been selected for the scholarships and the list of selected students is published on the Bank’s website www.federalbank.co.in/corporate-social-responsibility.
In the Federal Bank Hormis Memorial Scholarship Foundation, 46 students from Kerala, 17 students from Maharashtra, 21 students from Gujarat, and 25 students from Tamil Nadu got selected for scholarships. In addition, 3 students in the physically challenged category and 1 student who is a dependent child of martyred armed force personnel also have been selected for the scholarship. Selected students will be reimbursed 100% of tuition fees and other fees paid as per the fee structure of the college, subject to a maximum of ₹ 1 lakh per year. Students are eligible for one Personal Computer during their course of study (within the overall limit of ₹ 1 lakh per year). The summary of the selection list is furnished below.
