My name is Rohan Shahdadpuri, and I am the founder of RBaxis, a structural engineering and multi-asset valuation firm built on accuracy, professionalism, transparency and discipline. When people meet me today, they see the confidence, the work and the results – but my story began much earlier, with a deep curiosity for technical understanding and an instinctive desire to pursue education that would shape a meaningful purpose.
My academic foundation has always been the strongest part of my journey. I completed my B. Tech in Civil Engineering and later pursued MTech in Structural Engineering, where I discovered the power of structures – how design, calculations and safety influence the lives of people who live, work and grow inside buildings. But I wanted to widen my perspective even further, so I went on to pursue M.Sc. in Valuation of Land & Building, followed by LLB to understand legal aspects related to property and construction. Today, I am expanding that knowledge by pursuing M.Sc. in Plant & Machinery Valuation, a qualification I consider essential for the future of our industry. These degrees did not just enhance my qualifications – they shaped my mind. They helped me develop a 360-degree understanding of engineering, valuation and law, which later became the very backbone of RBaxis.
During my postgraduate studies, I recognised a major industry gap. Clients struggled because they often had to deal with multiple professionals – one for structural design, another for valuation and someone else for legal-related reports. There were very few experts who could combine all three skill sets with accuracy and compliance. I sensed that this gap was not just a market space – it was a responsibility someone had to take up with seriousness. That realisation planted the first seed of RBaxis. I began practicing professionally during my studies, spending two years in technical assignments and hands-on valuation work, followed by a year of independent practice. Those three years were my real turning point – they gave me the confidence that I was ready not only to contribute to the industry but to lead.
That is how RBaxis was born – not out of chance, but out of clarity. I wanted to build a firm that combined experience, structural knowledge, valuation expertise and legal understanding under one roof, ensuring that clients receive complete, reliable and compliant technical guidance without confusion and without compromise. From the very beginning, the goal was never just to work – the goal was to set a standard. Within months of starting RBaxis, we executed 30+ structural design projects in collaboration with Aries Engineering, and independently completed 15+ valuation assignments in the first seven months. Each project strengthened my belief that the market needed exactly what RBaxis stood for – precision, professionalism and transparency.
Today, RBaxis provides structural engineering and valuation solutions that include RCC and steel structural design, audits, stability certificates, retrofitting recommendations, and valuation of residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and plant & machinery assets. Our clients include homeowners, builders, architects, industries, banks, NBFCs, legal professionals and large project developers. We currently operate across Gujarat, and our expansion plan is pan-India, backed by a service model that is technically strong and quality-driven.

Our success so far has not happened by luck or shortcuts – it has happened through discipline, documentation and continuous learning. The engineering and valuation fields evolve constantly, and I believe that upgrading knowledge is not optional – it is mandatory for anyone who wants to lead. That is why RBaxis places strong emphasis on training, research and staying updated with the latest methodologies and technologies.

We use smart systems, digital attendance, advanced analytical tools and software including AutoCAD, Excel, STAAD Pro, ETABS and SAP to ensure precision. At the same time, we provide remote-work flexibility for documentation roles, because I believe growth must never be achieved at the cost of well-being. The biggest challenge in my entrepreneurial journey was proving myself in a niche and highly specialised field – where expectations are high and mistakes are unacceptable. But I learned that if we remain consistent, accurate and ethical, the market eventually recognises our value. Growing step by step has taught me patience. I never rushed success – I focused on building expertise, reliability and long-lasting client relationships.
To me, success is not measured by awards or titles – it is measured by how well we execute our work and how much trust we earn from clients. My ambition is not only to build a company, but to build a legacy – a company that becomes a benchmark for accuracy, compliance, knowledge and professionalism across the country.
To young entrepreneurs and professionals, my message is this: never negotiate on accuracy, ethics and transparency. In the long run, trust holds more value than anything else. Knowledge may start a journey, but values shape the destination. Work consistently, learn constantly and act with integrity – and success will follow you, step by step.
