WhatsApp Group Guidelines for Entrepreneurs & Leaders
WhatsApp Group Objectives
Joining the Vyapaar Jagat Network WhatsApp group will provide a platform for corporate connect and networking for entrepreneurs. You can get access to the global community and relationship building. People in the group will stay updated about events and other opportunities.
- To solve the problems of Entrepreneurs by taking the help of the community.
- Knowledge sharing and collaboration with other Entrepreneurs.
- Business leads exchange, developing business relationships, exploring business opportunities, and generating business through networking.
- Updating news and current trends in the industry.
- Forming a platform for online & offline meetups.
- Answering queries of members related to services offered by VyapaarJagat.com
- Mentorship, advisory, and guidance through quick communication.
- Forming an association that protects the rights of Entrepreneurs and constantly works in their favor.
Member Eligibility
- The person should be the Founder of a Business/Startup or Potential Founder of a Business/Startup. We also allow CxOs, mentors, and known investors.
- The Business/Startup should be registered i.e., a legal identity such as LLP, LLC, Pvt. Ltd. or Firm.
- There should not be any criminal case pending or running against the person.
- The person should be above the age of 18.
- The person should speak, read and understand English.
- The person should have an active LinkedIn profile.
- The person should have a WhatsApp account.
Member Guidelines
- Member can mention title as “Vyapaar Jagat Network member” in LinkedIn, Facebook or any other profiles. This will provide them great exposure. They will also be able to see the connections of each other.
- Each member should contribute something meaningful to the group.
- Each member should focus upon helping the group members, first, you should be a giver and then a taker i.e., let’s become farmer, not hunter.
- Each member should fill the membership form. You may be removed if we don’t have your details in the form.
- Member can reach out to the admin for any query related to posting or if there is any long pending specific ask.
- Member can drop Thanks for Giving business note in the group after getting successful business.
- Member can share success story/testimonial to another member in the group.
- Member can also share pictures about meeting with other members of community.
WhatsApp Group Rules
- Hate, porn, jokes, religion, politics, abuse, or discrimination related posts are strictly FORBIDDEN.
- Forwarded messages like Good Morning, Good Night is FORBIDDEN. Only handwritten custom messages are allowed in case a greeting is required.
- Any Entrepreneurship related forwarded message is ALLOWED, however, it should NOT be a Self Promotion.
- Self Promotions are allowed ONLY on SATURDAY, as per the time zone of the WhatsApp group.
- Any type of business requirement can be posted in the group, however, JOB POSTS are allowed ONLY on FRIDAY. Please refer to the template of job posts in the Job Posts Guidelines.
- The group will be admin only on every MONDAY.
- The Special Self Promotion is allowed but it must contain the custom offer for Vyapaar Jagat Network members. It should NOT be a generalized message for all. It should contain the word “Vyapaar Jagat Network” or “Vyapaar Jagat” and should be formatted as per the template. Please refer to the Promotion Guidelines section.
- Fighting and Heated Arguments are FORBIDDEN in the Group.
- The team of Vyapaar Jagat Network or Anyone authorized by Vyapaar Jagat management is free to post any content that is beneficial to the group or is informative in nature, it will not be considered as promotional content and therefore the rule of mentioned doesn’t apply.
- Any critical information that affects day to day life of the society and business is acceptable, e.g. Demonetization News, Income Tax, etc.
- Any information that is meant to save the life of a person is acceptable to be shared in the group, e.g. Blood Requirement, medical help.
- Any achievement of a group member is acceptable to be shared in the group, provided that it is relevant to business.
- Any other GROUP INVITATION is FORBIDDEN. Also, personal messages to group members for inviting them to any other group is FORBIDDEN.
- Sending personal messages promotional in nature to group members is FORBIDDEN.
- Only messages written in ENGLISH language are ALLOWED.
- Posts related to EVENTS without Co-branding of Vyapaar Jagat are FORBIDDEN.
- A member is allowed to join ONLY ONE GROUP.
Job Posting Guidelines
- Only Text-based messages are allowed. In case an image or video is needed to be shared, a text should prefix before the image/video in the template format as prescribed.
- Only one unique job post is allowed in one day.
- If members reply to your promotional posts, you should ask them to discuss them in the personal window.
- Please refer to the templates for post contents.

Promotion Guidelines
- All members should follow the guidelines of promotion as mentioned below:
- Only Text-based messages are allowed. In case an image or video is needed to be shared, a text should prefix before the image/video in the template format as prescribed.
- Only one unique promotional post is allowed in one day.
- Promotions should offer exclusive discounts, gifts, or benefits to Vyapaar Jagat Network members. This is MANDATORY for all the promotional posts except promotional day posts.
- If members reply to your promotional posts, you should ask them to discuss them in the personal window.
