Coming from a family that knew the meaning of hard work and struggle, my father left behind his roots in a small, old city and moved to Hyderabad in search of better opportunities. With limited funds but an abundance of dreams, he laid the foundation for the life we now live. Watching his perseverance, I was inspired to break barriers and became the first Chartered Accountant in my entire family.

But the road to success was far from easy. During my CA days, I took on the responsibility of providing tuition to ensure I could support my family financially while pursuing my own dreams. Balancing my studies with the pressure of supporting my loved ones was no small feat, but it fueled my determination to succeed even further.

After qualifying, I landed my first dream job at EY, a milestone that felt like the reward for years of hard work. However, as I continued to excel in the corporate world, something deeper began to stir within me. Many people started approaching me, seeking guidance to find the right job or life-changing opportunities. As someone with financial expertise, I began to notice a significant gap between employers and employees — a misalignment between the opportunities available and the potential waiting to be unlocked.

This insight led to a profound shift in my vision. I realized that my purpose extended beyond finance; I wanted to bridge this gap, not just serve the mind but also the heart. With my brother, who had just completed his computer science engineering and was actively involved in a startup building websites and apps, we began brainstorming.

Together, we conceptualized Connecting Chains — a company that would address both people services and financial services, uniting the two with innovation. After months of planning, and despite the fear of leaving behind my stable, well-paying job, we took the leap. In 2022, Connecting Chains was born.

At Connecting Chains, we operate with two distinct wings: one dedicated to business advisory services, providing solutions like bookkeeping, virtual CFO roles, and financial compliance, and another wing fully focused on recruitment, covering PAN India placements in both IT and Non-IT sectors. Our success rate has been remarkable, with over 90% successful hires and top managerial positions filled within a week.

But this is just the beginning. Our vision is to make recruitment as easy as the touch of a button, where profiles are easily accessible and the process is seamless for both employers and candidates. We are confident that this approach will revolutionize the way recruitment is done, making it more efficient and accessible for everyone.

On a personal front, I have achieved much that reflects my values. I successfully adopted Jain culture, became an executive member of TPF, and even completed a full marathon. On the professional side, I’ve proudly onboarded more than 50 clients, served businesses PAN India, and helped a young boy from a village settle into city life through employment — a story that exemplifies what Connecting Chains is all about.

Our company’s vision is ambitious. We aim to achieve a turnover of 100+ crore and assist over 10 lakh people in securing their dream job. With the help of Peers Global, we aim to spread this vision worldwide and serve society in a greater capacity.

At the heart of our company is a strong commitment to maintaining an open and collaborative culture. We prioritize regular team lunches, open feedback on clients, and continuous refinement of our working models to ensure we grow together as a team.

In the middle of building this vision, life continued, and I got married. As a woman entrepreneur from a Marwadi background, the expectations placed on me were unique, even more so after marriage. Balancing societal expectations with the demands of running a business has been challenging, but it only strengthened my resolve to succeed.

Hobbies & Message

I have a deep interest in meeting new people, learning from their experiences, and traveling the world. My message to the world is simple: Never give up or stop until you have reached your goal. Just keep going, keep moving. Miracles happen with all the hard work you do. Luck is a byproduct of the hard and smart work you put in.
