engaged in the distribution of school uniforms, exposed her early to the realities of
business, responsibility, and customer trust. Her mother, a homemaker, became her
strongest emotional pillar, instilling resilience and balance.
As the only daughter among three brothers, Keerthi learned responsibility, discipline, and

organizations such as VLCC Healthcare, Apollo Clinics, and Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes,
gaining hands-on experience in business operations, regional management, and
organizational strategy.
Across these roles, Keerthi built a strong reputation for streamlining processes, managing
multi-location teams, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining service
excellence.

A major milestone came with Medicover Hospitals, where Keerthi played a pivotal role
in setting up and managing Medical Talent Acquisition and Medical HR Operations
across PAN India. Her responsibilities included optimizing recruitment processes,
building robust HR frameworks, and supporting rapid organizational expansion.
She later managed operations at Sprint Diagnostics, overseeing five branches across
Hyderabad. This role further strengthened her profile as an operations leader capable of
handling scale, complexity, and cross-functional coordination. Currently, she continues
with the Medicover Group of Hospitals in a leadership role focused on international
business operations, contributing to global growth initiatives.

In 2020, after nearly two decades in healthcare leadership, Keerthi formally stepped into
entrepreneurship by founding SourceX Consultants, a Hyderabad-based healthcare
consulting firm. SourceX offers management consulting, HR consulting, medical

solutions tailored to healthcare organizations.
