organizations as an IT educator and administrator. Throughout her career, she has contributed
to institutions such as Jamsab Computer Centre, HK College Computer Centre, CUSHAH
College, City CU Shah College, SLU Girls College, Jyotisangh, Xplora Design Skool,
Gujarat Infotech Ltd. and CH Shah Computer Centre.
Her roles gradually evolved from faculty positions to center management, where she took on
significant leadership responsibilities. In these roles, she played a key part in shaping IT
education programs and mentoring thousands of students who were beginning their
journeys in the technology sector.
Currently, she serves as an IT Coordinator and Teachers Trainer at St. Kabir School, a role
she has been successfully performing since 2012. In this position, she not only manages IT
education but also trains teachers to effectively integrate technology into education.
Author and Knowledge Contributor
In addition to teaching,, Sonal Shah has made significant contributions as an author. She
has written more than 22 computer books in regional language, helping make technical
knowledge accessible to a much wider audience
By writing in regional languages, she ensured that students who may not be comfortable with
English could still learn and understand computer concepts effectively. Her work as an author
reflects her dedication to inclusive education and knowledge sharing.
Entrepreneurial Spirit and Sakhi Global Women
In 2020, she founded Sakhi Global Women, a community created to support female
entrepreneurs. The platform encourages collaboration among women through a “give and
get” philosophy, where members share knowledge, resources, and opportunities.

entrepreneurs, providing them with guidance, connections, and opportunities to grow their

achievement was historic, as she became the first woman President in the club’s 50-year
legacy.
During her tenure, she led more than 320 service activities and helped serve over 47,000
people through various community programs. Her dedication and leadership earned her an
Outstanding Award for her service to society.
Continuing her leadership journey, she served as Zone Chairperson for 2024–2025 and
currently holds the role of District Chairperson for IT and Marketing in Lions
International District 3232B3.

Manager HR for 62 franchises at Xplora Design Skool. Managing such a large network
required strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams.

reflects her strong leadership capabilities.
