My name is Poojitha Reddy, Founder of Service Strive, a dynamic job consultancy and recruitment support company established in 2022. With more than seven years of experience across different industries, I have observed one truth repeatedly – opportunities have the power to change lives. And today, my purpose is to help people reach those opportunities.
I started my career working across diverse roles – Banking, BPO, Fashion , Marketing and HR. These roles gave me exposure to work cultures, hiring processes, career development patterns and, most importantly, the gap between people searching for jobs and companies searching for the right talent. Over the years, I gained a deeper understanding of how talent shapes business growth and how the right job shapes a person’s life. That realisation stayed with me.
With time, the idea grew stronger in my heart:
What if there was a platform that bridged the gap between skilled professionals and opportunities – not just for big names but also for startups and SMEs who need talent to grow?
That question gave birth to my entrepreneurial journey.

Our services include in-house recruitment support, outsourced HR services for startups, and career development programs for job seekers – structured to ensure not just hiring but long-term professional growth. So far, we have formed successful partnerships with over 30 startup companies and MNCs.

I hold an MBA, and my education taught me the foundation of business – but my experience taught me the foundation of people. Both together shaped me into the entrepreneur I am today. Service Strive is based in Hyderabad, and though we are rooted there, our operations run Pan India, and our vision is global. My highest dream is to make Service Strive a global brand in placements, touching thousands of lives.
Like every entrepreneur, I have faced my share of challenges. Starting a business from scratch, building trust in the market, handling operations alone in the initial days and proving capability in a competitive industry – each phase tested my strength. But one thing never changed – my belief in myself and my vision. I continued the journey with resilience and clarity, and every success that Service Strive achieved became proof that the decision to start was the right one.
My vision extends beyond business. I want to be known not just as an entrepreneur, but as a woman who creates change – a woman who builds an ecosystem where skill meets opportunity, and where young professionals achieve the confidence, they deserve. My goal for the next decade is to seemyself as a globally recognised female entrepreneur, leading a brand that encourages careers across continents.
The journey of entrepreneurship is not only about the destination – it is also about the balance. Work–life balance has been one of my biggest learnings. Being an entrepreneur means many roles at once – leader, mentor, planner and decision-maker. But I make sure to spend time with loved ones and take space for myself because a peaceful mind performs better.
My biggest strength is my clarity and consistency. If a path is difficult, I put more effort. If I fall, I rise stronger. I am hardworking and smart, and as an entrepreneur I choose to keep learning always. I believe growth stops only when learning stops.
I take inspiration from many people who stand strong in their journey despite the challenges life throws at them. I admire every person who creates their own opportunities through confidence and self-belief – because that is the mindset that motivates me too. I measure success not through revenue or scale, but through the number of careers I impact and the trust my clients place in Service Strive. My mantra is simple:
Work with intention, not pressure — success grows where purpose grows.
