Early Life & Education – Where Excellence Took Shape
Priyambada completed her B. Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication, emerging as the 2nd topper in her final year. Her final project was recognized as the Best Project of the Year, a sign of her brilliance and dedication even as a student. She was always an active participant in college events, a team player who enjoyed collaborating and contributing – traits that later became essential in her entrepreneurial journey.
A Promising Corporate Career
Her professional journey began in renowned MNCs such as Allstate India and HCL, where she mastered programming languages like PHP, Java, SQL, and also spearheaded CSR activities. Her outstanding performance earned her multiple awards and recognitions in these organizations. But there was a calling she could not ignore – a deeper purpose slowly taking shape.
The Turning Point – A Pandemic, A Realization, and a New Beginning
The year 2020 – a time when the world was struggling – became the turning point of her life. While helping communities through other organizations, Priyambada and her friends felt restricted by limitations. Their wish to contribute more freely led to the birth of their own NGO, Urjavya Foundation, where she became a founding member. This experience awakened in her a powerful desire to contribute to society independently.
Alongside this, she had always nurtured the dream of teaching. Education for her was not just academics – it was about nurturing creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in children. This passion led her to build Sukhitva Academy, an online platform that now reaches children aged 5 to 15 across the globe.

As a mompreneur living in a nuclear family, one of her biggest challenges has been balancing home, children, and work. Yet she continued working with the same passion even during her second pregnancy, when her elder child was just 4+. Her dedication never wavered. Marketing and forming collaborations remain ongoing challenges-but they have never stopped her from moving forward. With each passing day, she is learning, growing, and adapting.

Priyambada begins each morning with prayers and affirmations, a practice that grounds her and gives her the strength to balance work, family, and social life. She enjoys spending time with her kids, studying, cooking, and upgrading her skills through new certifications, especially her current training in STEM and advanced AI tools.
