Shweta Bobde’s journey is one of resilience, transformation, and an unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth. A mother of a 15-year-old, she has amassed over six years of corporate experience and is currently recognized as a Corporate Trainer and HR Business Partner. Certified as an NLP practitioner by an international behavioral scientist and accredited in the Art and Science of Hypnotic Storytelling, her expertise extends to soft skills training as well.
Her achievements include winning the Mrs. Maharashtra Fitness Diva subtitle in 2019 and being honored as Wewa Glam Icon the same year. As an emcee, anchor, and presenter, she has successfully hosted numerous corporate and sports events. Her inspiring journey began after a decade-long break from professional life, during which she resided in Dubai with her family. At the age of 36, she courageously restarted her career, proving that determination and self-belief can redefine success at any stage in life.
A Strong Foundation in Education and Passion for Training
With a background in B.Tech in Cosmetics and an MBA in HR, Shweta’s transformation from an introverted schoolgirl to a confident trainer has been remarkable. During her academic years, she faced criticism for being average in appearance and academics and struggled with stage fear. These experiences, however, fueled her desire to overcome self-doubt and instilled in her a hunger for growth.
Her inspiration to enter the world of corporate training struck in 2006 during an interview at WNS. Watching a soft skills trainer in action became a defining moment, shaping her aspiration to transform both herself and others. However, life took a different course after her father’s passing. Prioritizing her family, she moved to Dubai, setting her dreams aside. In 2018, upon returning to India, she finally decided to pursue her long-standing passion.
A Commitment to Growth and Transformation
Currently based in Pune, Shweta works extensively in corporate training, outbound activities, and personality development programs. Her clientele includes professionals across various levels, with her ability to balance different age groups and hierarchies being a significant strength. Her client-first approach, intuitive understanding of people, and strong work ethics have positioned her as a sought-after trainer and HR professional.
As an active member of Magic of Change Tribe and Saga Community, she collaborates with world-class professionals to drive transformation. Through her work, she aims to create a safe space for individuals seeking self-improvement, emphasizing the power of mindset, energy, and self-belief.
Vision and Future Aspirations
Shweta envisions herself as a mentor and guiding force for those on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Her mission is to inspire individuals to embrace their true potential and break free from self-imposed limitations. She strongly believes that success is not defined by intelligence alone but by persistence, belief, and the willingness to evolve.
Over the next 10 to 25 years, she aspires to be a role model for achieving a balanced life – excelling in career, maintaining health, and aligning mind, body, and soul towards a higher purpose. Her ultimate goal is to give back the wisdom gained from her mentors and bring positive change to people’s lives, even if by just 1%.
Overcoming Challenges and Defying Expectations
The most significant obstacles in her journey included financial struggles, limiting self-beliefs, and the challenge of stepping out of societal expectations. Breaking free from the mold of a “perfect woman, mother, wife, and daughter” was a bold step, but one she took with courage.
A defining moment in her life was participating in the Mrs. Maharashtra pageant in 2019 at the age of 36. Walking the stage in front of celebrities was a groundbreaking moment for someone who once feared public speaking. It was a testament to her resilience and willingness to defy stereotypes.
Currently, she is focused on maintaining her health post-COVID, particularly managing an autoimmune thyroid condition. Recognizing that health is wealth, she has prioritized well-being alongside her career commitments.
