My name is Varniika A Bhargava, and I am the Founder of Creativeshowz, an international luxury wedding intelligence and experiential design company. Today, my name is associated with global luxury celebrations, influential wedding platforms, relationship-wellness initiatives and international networking events – but the journey that brought me here began quietly, behind the curtains of countless weddings where I worked not as a guest, but as a learner, an observer, and a dreamer.

Before I ever imagined becoming a recognized voice in the global wedding industry, I was spending years inside the core of events – coordinating, curating and understanding what really makes a celebration unforgettable. Those early experiences shaped my belief system: weddings are not productions; they are emotional legacies. People don’t just remember music, décor or lights – they remember how a moment made them feel. Realising this changed my life.

After nearly eight years of experience in the events ecosystem, I reached a point where I knew I had outgrown execution. I wanted to build something bigger – something that would not just plan weddings, but redefine how the world approaches celebrations, relationships and luxury hospitality. That desire gave birth to Creativeshowz – a brand built on emotional intelligence, innovation and global exposure rather than glamour alone.

When I created Creativeshowz, my dream was not to become “just another wedding planner.”

I wanted to build an avant-garde ecosystem – something that had never existed in the industry before.
