In 2015, life tested her courage in the harshest way.
Her partner of 18 years absconded with their life savings, leaving her with two children, aged 17 and 7, and a future she had to rebuild from the ground up

Armed with 9 bands in IELTS, she stepped into teaching English, despite people doubting her because she didn’t have a literature degree.
