RaviRaj Langhnoja (Business Consultant|Motivational Speaker| Writer ).CEO & Director at NEXUS WEBSOFT SERVICES (P) LTD. Today I am sharing my entrepreneurship journey with all of you. Some get lucky and succeed the first time. For me, that wasn’t the case.

If I have to tell you about my early life so if you talk about my Education then I am a Diploma IT Drop-out Student. All my relatives even my family members & friends thoughts I can not do anything in my entire life. Like I have no career. But during my diploma studies I have heard a word called“Entrepreneur”. and I feel familiar with that word. I surf on the internet to know more about the “Entrepreneur” word. And after gathering all information I decided to become an Entrepreneur. So I started to read biographies of successful entrepreneurs and my life changed as I am not that person who people think about.

I want to move ahead so after drop-out I started a job as a sales engineer in a well-known broadband company with 9k CTC in 2013. but during job also I wondering for ideas and opportunity to get a kick start to become an Entrepreneur” and finally my good time arrives with one business idea to open an IT company. After one year I quit my job and started my own IT company with a minimum of investment.

On Sept.2014 I have incorporated my company named Nexus WebSoft Services at the age of 20 (by the way I know age is just a number). In this firm, we will help SME’s & Business Persons to make their digital presence through Websites & Mobile Apps. Etc.

I have successfully run business for the first two years. I was facing lots of issues with the company’s funds. But I am unable to manage companies running expenses because at the Same time Demonetization declared by the government of India. So that thing hurt Me a lot because my business is going down all my hard work, dedication, efforts which I have put in to grow my business are not supporting me due to lack of funds. Any entrepreneur can understand this because the fund is the most needed factor for any start-up. As per the survey, 90% Start-ups are wind up their business due to financial stuff. I lost my hopes and confidence. I was living in stress. But again life wants to push me to do something again.

One day my father came to my room and saw me in stress and worried about something. He ask me“ what happened?” I replied“ “I failed to run business. I am a loser.” so my father hit me some words which directly hit to my heart and I got motivated and started my journey back. Do you want to know my father’s word?

Let me tell you exactly what he said to me.“You are a son of soldier who fight with enemies at the border without even know that I can come back home alive or not. If I didn’t loose my confidence during our tough times were we didn’t get food for many days as a soldier we have to stay awake for a longer time. We faced all difficulties with a smile only for our nation. So why are you loosing your hope & confidence ? You have to fight with yourself. Get dig into yourself and ask what you want fromyour life. You will definitely get the solution. So don’t worry and start journey again and be prepared for tough times.“

I started my journey again. I have started to train new youngster’s who want to become an entrepreneur. From my mistakes and from my mentor’s I have learned and experienced what entrepreneurship is? So as of now I am sharing my knowledge and experience with young entrepreneur’s and help them to achieve their business targets. Also, I consult them on how can they grow their business in market.

In 2019 I have attended one seminar of Mr. Darshan Somaiya. that seminar changed my life. and drives me to become a corporate trainer & public speaker. Where I can share my knowledge and learning experience to small business and help them to grow their business. So I have hired him to mentor me to become a Public Speaker& Professional Trainer.

And now I can say I helped 27+ small businesses and consult them across India. Also trained 35+ young students who wanna start their entrepreneurship journey. Also, I am writing a book on entrepreneurship. Which will publish soon in the market.
