During her Master’s program, Riddhi worked extensively on Fiber Technology as part of her thesis. While visiting project sites and interacting with industry professionals, she noticed something that most people overlooked. Structural designs were carefully checked and verified, but the products and materials used in those structures often escaped the same level of scrutiny.
This realization stayed with her.
She saw buildings suffering not because the design was wrong, but because the wrong products had been selected at the wrong stage. Decisions taken to save a small amount in the short term were often costing much more in repairs and maintenance later. Riddhi felt there was a missing bridge between manufacturers, consultants, builders, and contractors.
Instead of accepting this as “the way the industry works,” she decided to do something about it.
That decision gave birth to Innovatech Structural Solutions.

But Riddhi continued to move forward.
