From a humble farming background to leading one of Gujarat’s rising construction chemical brands, Inderjit Singh Gohil is a name that inspires.
Founder of Inderjit Construction Chemicals (ICC), Inderjit’s journey reflects resilience, innovation, and a deep commitment to quality. With a degree in civil engineering and hands-on experience in agriculture, his early years were marked by hard work and adaptability. After serving as a government clerk and working in land dealing, he pivoted to construction chemicals in 2014—a time when the real estate market was slowing down.
Despite having no prior experience in the chemical industry, Inderjit didn’t hesitate. He invested time in R&D, learned through trial and error, and slowly built a product portfolio that addressed real-world construction problems. Today, ICC stands out not because of flashy branding or large machines—but because of custom solutions, rigorous testing, and client-specific innovations.
A Milestone Moment
ICC’s big break came through a 6,000-unit precast housing project, one of India’s largest. The project required a high-quality waterproofing solution—and ICC delivered. The success not only established trust with top contractors but also proved that even a growing brand could compete with industry giants.
Family First, Always
Behind this growth lies the silent strength of family. Inderjit’s wife and son are integral to ICC, handling operations and ensuring product consistency. This teamwork has helped the company grow steadily while keeping its core values intact.
The Vision Ahead
Looking forward, Inderjit plans to:
-
Expand manufacturing plants across Gujarat
-
Complete 150+ large-scale projects by 2027
-
Achieve ISI certification and become a private limited company
He also remains active in industry events and continues to educate clients—especially contractors and engineers—on the value of modern chemical solutions.
Message to Young Entrepreneurs
“Focus, stay committed, and don’t let distractions like social media derail your goals. Success takes time, effort, and belief.”
At age 52, Inderjit is still learning, growing, and dreaming bigger—proving that entrepreneurship has no age limit, only mindset.
