Armed with a degree in Civil Engineering and practical experience in agriculture, his early career was shaped by hard work and adaptability. After serving as a government clerk and working in land dealing, he made a bold move into the construction chemicals industry in 2014, during a period when the real estate market was experiencing a slowdown.
Despite having no prior experience in the chemical sector, he embraced the challenge with determination. Through extensive research and development, continuous learning, and hands-on experimentation, he gradually built a product portfolio focused on solving real-world construction challenges. Today, ICC is recognized for its customized solutions, rigorous testing processes, and client-specific innovations.
A Milestone Moment
A defining breakthrough for ICC came with its involvement in one of India’s largest precast housing projects comprising 6,000 housing units. The project demanded a high-performance waterproofing solution, and ICC successfully delivered.
This achievement strengthened the company’s credibility among leading contractors and demonstrated that a growing brand could successfully compete with established industry players.
